Chateau Beaumont is a fully furnished vacation rental in downtown Monterey for up to 4 people, no pets and no smoking during a 3 month period when the owners are on the east coast. 2011 will be the first year this home will be available. Specific time is flexible with 1 July to 30 September the more ideal. It is a pleasant ten minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, the 27' sailboat at a slip in Monterey Harbor and superbly convenient to the attractions of the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding areas.
This comfortable 1800sf family home was totally remodelled in 2003. The interior features hardwood and ceramic tiled flooring. The fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms are accompanied by 2 master bedrooms, den or 3rd bedroom, 2.5 baths, fully accessible home office, 2 direct vent gas log fireplace/furnaces, 2 comfortable decks and much more. The services of a professional gardener and interior cleaner are included two times per month.
We regret that we cannot accommodate smoking, pets or unfurnished reservations.
